Fort Hill Infrastructure

Fort Hill Infrastructure provides planning, permitting and design services to public and private sector clients, both domestically and internationally, on a wide range of real estate, infrastructure, and environmental projects. Our core skills are land use and transportation planning, real estate advisory services, civil and transportation engineering, security engineering, military facilities engineering, government and community relations, and construction management services.

We partner with our clients to formulate strategic objectives by combining our extensive experience in technical services with our expertise in government contracting, policy formation, and community and public relations. We help our clients build consensus within government and with the public to realize our clients’ vision for their project.

Patriot Design, LLC

Patriot Design, LLC is an official Fort Hill/HCS Group Joint Venture (SDVOSB). This Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) design firm is intended to meet the needs of the government on complex projects both domestically as well as abroad.

The combined experience between the two parent firms is unparalleled in firms their size. The government has recognized Patriot Design, LLC as a viable and beneficial tool with the award of  USACE contracts for A/E services with their awarding of the following:

Award Amount: $36,000,000

TITLE: C– Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for Architect and Engineering Services (A-E services) with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, South Atlantic Division to Support the Mobile District and South Atlantic Division Military Construction Design Program
